The undersigned, for myself, my child, or ward understands and acknowledges that play on the bounce house equipment entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. In consideration of being permitted to use the Equipment, I hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless Bedel's Big-Time Bouncies LLC and their respective employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, demands, suits, cost, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees) that I, my children, wards, assignees, heirs, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death or property damage, arising out of or directly or indirectly related to use or operation of the Equipment. If any of the Released Parties shall be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, expressly agree to indemnify and hold Released Parties harmless for all such fees and costs. I, acknowledge and certify that I have had suffcient opportunity to read the foregoing Release a in and or labity, that understand its content, and that l execute it freely and without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated.
